About a year ago the most incredible temple of kawaii this side of Tokyo opened up not far from the tokidoki office. Royal-T is a tea house, a cafe and a gallery full of Yoshitomo Nara, Takashi Murakami, Aya Nakano and a host of other equally awe-inspiring artists. The experience is mesmerizing and the good people who run it are gracious and friendly. Over the last few months of stopping in for late-afternoon tea we've become close friends and even started to retail tokidoki products in the Royal-T store. You can't even imagine our excitement when they asked us to decorate the Royal-T holiday tree in signature tokidoki style.
